Too many levels of management, too much red tape, wasteful spending, issues with company culture at the time

Pros

Amplify was chockfull of the smartest people I've ever worked with.

Cons

The company bit off more than it could chew. Its portfolio of products was too diversified. It is great that they've refocused on curriculum and assessment.
