Good work-life balance, unlimited PTO, amazing people

Cons

You’ll never work an 8 hour day, more like 11-12. Upper Mgmt is extremely top heavy, good ole boy network. Implemented a strict Vaccination policy — get the jab or you’re out, whether you travel or not and testing isn’t an option.

We appreciate that you took the time to write a comment about your experience. We are proud of our leadership at Amplify and continually take steps to diversify our management and teams. Our vaccine policy is regularly updated to comply with federal, state, and local requirements, as well as school district customer policies. As of March 2022, only traveling employees or employees who will be required to meet in person are required to be vaccinated. Exemptions are available for employees in need of accommodation, and we work with their managers and HR to assess eligibility and implement alternatives wherever feasible.

Pros

Amplify is the only place that I've worked that has the potential to be truly great. Obviously, there are things to improve, but Amplify has the political will to take on tough challenges. We're large enough to have a real impact, but we have an innovative mindset of a much smaller company.

Cons

Like any growing company, we've had some growing pains. The biggest con about working here is that pushing through those pains is, well, painful. But it's also an opportunity to have a real impact.
