Very poor management

Pros

The company pays its workers very well. With the forty levels of managers this company has, each one is paid progressively more.

Cons

Overpaid bureaucratic management with employees who use this place as a cash cow, very poor management that is rigid. I was verbally abused by my manager at this job who disparaged me and called me “stupid.” Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I pressed him further he told me that I’m pushing it too far and that I should “get over it.” I am appalled that this company would employ such a person.

People are professional, friendly, and generally responsive. The company pays weekly.

Cons

They seem to want to keep work below 30 hours per week. I believe it's to prevent contract workers from qualifying for insurance.
