Pros
great working hours, ethic. Easy to work from home. You can come 10am, or 10:30am and still leave by 6pm. Or some people come earlier and leave 4:30pm, 5pm. great understanding for people who have to deal with kids stuff.
Cons
leadership don't really change and not much chance to rest of people to step up in their career. especially in design. No learning / training system established so this place works only if you are self learner.
