      - Remote-first culture with solid work-life balance - Passionate colleagues who genuinely care about the mission - Meaningful work that has real impact in education

      Cons

      - Poorly managed systems and data infrastructure make day-to-day work harder than it should be - Inconsistent data entry processes create constant confusion and make updating accounts unnecessarily difficult - Management tends to be defensive and resistant to feedback or change - No clear advancement pathways, making growth within the company unclear - Many managers are nice but lack true leadership skills or the ability to develop their teams
