Lots of new high caliber people joining (the company is growing!), and most people have been with the company for many years. The executive team is disciplined, focused and much more transparent - learning from past mistakes and employee feedback. Cons
Some startup-like mentality remaining - last-minute scrambling on some projects, and still working on defining processes. That means that there's lots of opportunity for people to define roles and make things run better (but if you're the kind of person who likes strict processes and strict hierarchy, then - depending on which team you're looking at - this may not be for you).
