      Pros

      When I worked there, Amplify had a lot of very talented, smart and proactive people across the organisation. The office was spacious and in an great location.

      Cons

      A lack of strategic vision at the management level of the company led both to low morale, but also a confused and unwieldy product. This was an great shame given that the amount of resources spent on building Amplify's online education platform was enormous and could have had a very real impact on education if properly managed.

      Pros

      The company has some of the smartest people to work with, They are passionate ,kind and willing to share their knowledge.

      Cons

      The company was sold so there was a huge down size and a lot of great young minds left. The company would not be able to give its clients the customer service it was known for.

      Pros

      Amplify boasts intelligent co-workers, an admirable mission and has genuine impact in the educational technology space. HR is on point and facilities are light and airy.

      Cons

      A beast with many masters. We had constantly changing goals and product road maps and often projects would halt for no reason only to be picked up again months later and then ultimately abandoned.
