Pros

This company allows for a remote schedule with flexible work hours. Lots of growth opportunities.

Cons

As a remote employee, sometimes it's hard to stay connected to people within all departments.

Pros

Product is innovative and unique and local sales people deeply care about the company and brand. There are amazing people that support sales in Brooklyn Office

Cons

Leadership is a mess and can not seem to get out of there own way. People in senior positions are beyond clueless and never step foot in the field yet complain about issues as if they have any idea what is happening with teachers. Too much emphasis on individual districts and no ability to scale.
