Pros

Great people, supportive team members, time off and self care encouraged, clear goal setting, flexibility in goals in an ever changing market, good benefits, encouraging upward mobility but limited opportunities, job in itself not difficult

Cons

Where people lack tremendously in comprehension and performance, in the name of team work, the higher performing people who actually know how to do their jobs are overloaded with helping rather than there being some serious evaluation on team competency. Managers are often just as confused or out of touch on how to do things as some employees- creating an even bigger problem of there never really being a solution to issues… just constant adjustments and flexibility needed. Managers can be pushovers in the name of valuing opinions who only assert themselves through micromanaging. Some people feel like personally hires who feel way too comfortable falling behind on virtually every task, likely because others will be asked to fill in the gap for them rather than hiring people who can actually perform the job.
