Don't Waste Your Time

Pros

Friendly people. Flexible schedules if you're not in Support.

Cons

Lots of censorship. If you point out problems, you will be gaslit. People work with their feelings and make emotional decisions, leading to inconsistent process adherence. People managers make excuses instead of holding employees accountable. Mid-level leadership does not seem honest, and the company puts the customer experience at the very bottom of its priorities. Also the company has had two layoffs and I've only worked here since the Spring. Poor money management across many departments.
