Pros

Luckily for me i found Amplify in the very beginning of my career. So Amplify is the Last company i will ever work for because its the best and you never have to look for another company to work for. Great mission. Highest work life balance of any company that i worked for. Amplify's exceptional culture and mission create a truly unique work experience. The company's dedication to impacting lives makes it easy to contribute wholeheartedly, even putting in extra hours when needed. Knowing our products unlock children's potential by providing access to enriching content and activities in math, science, and ELA is incredibly motivating. It's inspiring to imagine the ripple effect of fostering curiosity and deeper learning in those young minds. Furthermore, Amplify's commitment extends to supporting teachers by providing tools and reports that streamline their workflow, allowing them to focus on what matters most: educating. When you are working for a company with such a great mission you will never feel like you are working. you will feel like you are part of something bigger than yourself.

Cons

More work needs to be done in the areas: innovation of the products and rewarding meritocracy.

Pros

It was nice to see how our future adults learn and what their education system is like.

Cons

I wasn’t able to do what I can for the kids that needed help and was told that there was nothing I could do. These kids need more than just 30 minutes a day of tutoring, and that is completely disregarded even when there’s a child that’s in that grade for a second time. And on top of that, the pay wasn’t enough to care as much as you should since you’re only paid for the required amount of time for the students not what you actually give.

Pros

Lesson materials provided, easy to follow lesson plans, remote work, 30 minute sessions at a time, fun and flexible work environment

Cons

Planning takes longer than what they pay you for, pay is pretty low (Around 15-18 an Hr. roughly). Not many benefits for employees.
