      Pros

      Great compassionate and supportive environment with other Reading Tutors and management.

      Cons

      Hours and pay can be affected by student attendance. May have to scrounge for hours by substituting or having other opportunities to help with other duties, if they are available. Lesson Planning hours are the hours affected due to low attendance. This can be very disheartening as we strive and preform to make sure every session with students is planned and prepared for.
