Pros

The teams are amazing and the individuals are good people – everyone wants to make a good product.

Cons

The C-suite leadership has changed a lot in just 2 years which results in giant churn (both forced and chosen). The combination of leadership churn, people churn also means priorities can shift every 3-4 months. There's a lot of do more with less. I'd also note that at the higher leadership level there's no diversity.
