Amplitude is an awesome place to work. Everyone that works here is really smart and are extremely passionate about the company and each other. That's very refreshing to see. It's very much the same team, same dream mentality and everyone is always willing to lend a hand.

Amazing culture! Everyone here is working to make this company better! The management is unreal, Spenser is an incredible leader who is always open to talk no when or who. Awesome perks too!

Pros

At Amplitude the pace is fast and you are expected to learn quickly without any handholding. The team and management are committed to building a supportive culture of smart people who work together, and you'll have every resource you need available to help you succeed. Despite the hard work, the atmosphere is casual start-up, which is helping me to unwind after several years in a corporate job. Ego is not a thing here, and we have a solid introvert/extrovert balance.

Cons

This is not a 9 to 5, but you'll have the time and flexibility you need.
