I have been at Amplitude for less than 6 months but I am already delighted with my decision to join. There is a very strong culture here which is critical in the success of start-ups. It is very fast-paced which means every day is exciting. There is also great transparency throughout the organisation which is important for the stage we are at. The pay and benefits are fantastic but more importantly there are clear opportunities for personal development and career progression which my manager has been great at discussing with me on an individual basis.

Cons

Typical growing pains that come in a fast-paced start-up but the numerous pros heavily outweigh any cons.
