      Pros

      Excellent culture and people with upward mobility! My career has been taken to new heights since coming on board. Amplity is an innovative company in this unique space and is a place where employees are valued. Senior leadership is very approachable as well!

      Cons

      The nature of the Pharma contract business is such that it can be inevitable that contracts do not get renewed. However, Amplity places an emphasis on talent retention and makes every effort to place employees onto new and existing contracts.
