      Pros

      You have the ability to utilize many different skills sets. The ability to move to different challenges that come with each contract provides a tremendous breath of experience.

      Cons

      It can be confusing understanding the flow of leadership for the client and Amplity. However, once you understand it its no problem!

From Day #1 you will interact with the best recruiting team in the industry- I have worked in this industry for 20 years and the team lead by Margaret Blackwell is the best in the industry.

      -Truely focused on partnering with client and the patient is always the center of what we do (alot of companies say this - Amplity lives this) - Dynamic company, great oppotunity to dual career path; opportunity to develop skills outside of traditional "big pharma box"; -Expertise in Medical Affairs (MSL, Diagnosis Liaisons, Clinical Trial Liaisons) -Long term relationships with our clients. We bring top talent that the client often wants to internalize -Expertise in rare disease teams - we have the gold standard for Diagnosis Liaison teams
