Pros

Culture, strong leadership, and career mobility come to mind. Leadership is genuinely concerned about my well-being and they are constantly investing in my growth. My division is adding new members even during the COVID-19 interruption and senior members are getting promoted into new roles.

Cons

No cons at this point, since I am new its hard to give a full assessment. As a field-based employee, you do feel somewhat disconnected from the other divisions and HQ employees. The company has recently put together a monthly newsletter which does address the issue.

Incredible management that works to help every team member succeed Dynamic team with varied experience but common goals to improve the practice of medicine Team oriented approach that leverages everyone's strengths

Cons

Getting set up in in all required systems can be cumbersome but Amplity and peer mentors helped tremendously
