Good way into medical sales. Working for a big national contractor. Pay is higher than other contract companies. Discretionary PTO.

Cons

Minimal room for growing as a sales representative. Rare opportunity to get onboarded directly with client.

There are a few people who genuinely care about you and want you to succeed.

Cons

Leadership takes advantage of their employees, commission plans were recently changed and are now very difficult to reach, you are promised raises you do not receive, the CEO and executive leadership board is not transparent, people are not given the commission they have earned, there is not a lot of trust, you are given responsibilities outside of your scope for no compensation.
