If you are an A player, there are no limits to your success. This is a fast growing agency with growing credibility in the marketplace. You are expected to work hard, and deliver performance for clients which challenges you to not only become good at what you do, but grow your communication skills which is a key skill set at the company. Free snacks, company outings, great people, fun office.

Cons

If you are a good fit and you are passionate about digital, then not sure that you will encounter any cons... I haven't.

Account management is so difficult with poor leadership. No opportunity for growth in the company. Zero training opportunities.

Great company culture and awesome to work with fun group of smart individuals

Cons

Zero opportunity for career advancement. Company is extremely disorganized. Too many people too heavily involved in day-to-day maintenance of accounts so figuring out who's in charge of what gets tiring after awhile.
