Pros
This review is going to sound like someone paid me to leave it, which is definitely not the case. The reality is just that I just actually love my job that much and love working for Amsive. The main pro of working at Amsive is that the leadership really, truly cares about its employees. They value our wellbeing, our health, our career aspirations, our need to sometimes deal with personal matters or be with family, and other things that make us human. Many people who have worked at Amsive for years continue to stay for this very reason. It's a really supportive, friendly, happy environment and an amazing place to learn. You get the chance to work on major brands as clients and work in a highly collaborative and educational environment. The vibe at the company is and always has been just amazing, even after going remote/hybrid after the pandemic. The company goes above and beyond to keep it a great place to work. The benefits are great, the people are wonderful, the leadership is compassionate and understanding, the clients are (usually) awesome. The list goes on and on.
Cons
There can be periods where the work is overwhelming, which is true for most agencies. Lots of juggling clients and occasionally working long hours to get projects done on time. But again, this is pretty common in the agency space. The company was acquired a few years ago so there are still some growing pains and adjustments as the brand identity evolves, but again - normal company stuff and definitely not detrimental to the quality of the work atmosphere.
