- Unlimited PTO - Good benefits - Teams were supportive - Flexible hours - If you get your job done, you're left alone

Cons

- Encouraged to not use PTO - Cannot take any time off between August to October - Fifty plus hour work weeks - Weekend / late night work expected regularly - Blame culture - Upper management is disconnected - Mass layoffs every few months - Constant process changing and "thinkering" to cause confusion - Everyone does same job differently, so processing gets snagged when having to work together - Type A personalities rule the teams - A lot of hush, hush... secret meetings to where you are iced out and left to feel alone on an island with no information - Growth by purchasing companies for clients and stripping down staff. - Toxic culture - No raises - No promotions - Endless meetings to fill management calendars
