Pros

They have great insurance and benefits, unlimited PTO, and they pay fair salaries.

Cons

You were encouraged to NOT use your PTO, and expected to work 50+ hours a week. Everyone was burnt out and management didn’t care. The culture was the most unwelcoming I’ve ever experienced- if you were new and not part of the club, they wouldn’t talk to you. I literally cried many times because of how people treated me. They are not honest with their employees, and have done several rounds of layoffs in the last few years. I was part of that, and it was a blessing to be away from this terrible company

Pros

Good for entry level employment to get feet wet in the field. Internship program is open to students or those interested in a career pivot. Overall recruiting and onboarding experience was good.

Cons

Too many company changes, acquisitions, mergers, etc. that its confusing and no one really knows the overall company strategy so everyone is working in their silo and what they've always done. No innovation is happening. It's a snooze fest. No real career growth pathways, just title changes and "promotions" but they don't really mean anything other than maybe more money and a fancy title which leads "leadership" to all be vying for proving their importance and value.
