      Pros

      Very paternal toward employees. Profit sharing in the form of bonuses. Flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Slow-growth industry. Difficulty retaining young talent. No company is free of flaws or annoying policies, but these seems to be few, far between, and have fewer occurrences than at other companies.
