Rail riding pass semi-decent "benefits"

Cons

Work-life balance is nonexistent Poorly educated management, many without any college and/or business education Worked to death many times with insufficient layovers Many times forced to work while sick Micromanaging middle management Breaks are nonexistent and are in front of passengers Zero empathy Physically demanding on the body and mentally damaging The company is management top-heavy
