Communication can be better. Management can get better. As every company goes through this hiring from within people who work the field and know the job instead of people of the streets

The expectation is that people are going to work all day and all night. Budget cutbacks only effect certain people. While 1 section of HC is severely under staffed, overworked, and under paid; other sections hire frequently, give promotions, and get increases. Very top heavy when it comes to management salaries but no support from management for the worker bees. Allow employee entirely too long to learn their jobs, which puts more work on others. Low employee moral. Too many "fake it, tell you make it" attitudes. Benefits are very expensive and crappy.
