      pay and Benefits are really good.

      Cons

      Company will try to get out of paying you for hours worked at times and once and a while they will succeed. managers have no training or certifications and tend to be retaliatory. not to be trusted. always on the road so the job is very hard on relationships and famlies.

      Pay and benefits are good one you get past the initial gradient pay scale.

      Cons

      Don't get full pay rate for 5-8 years. Management is horrendous and all play favorites. No loyalty to the employee.
