      Pros

      Nation wide seniority. Where ever Amtrak run you can transfer there without loosing seniority. You can literally change the weather if you like. Live in Chicago work in Florida in the winter.

      Cons

      Communication can be better. Management can get better. As every company goes through this hiring from within people who work the field and know the job instead of people of the streets

      Terrible bureaucracy, no funding, less than stellar employees being promoted around you, too many lifers who dont care about the company
