      We are a national railroad. Amtrak is a great place to work, with many talented people.

      Spacious but Awful

      Plentiful seating space ...they make me say five words or more... proving how idiotic this company is. not to mention they were an hour and a half late to pick me up bceuase they had to change ENGINES TWICE. like, seriously?!??! i dont know much about trains but how do you leave a place with a faulty engine?! the pluck. you guys are morons.

      Cons

      TERRIBLE internet. I've had an 11 hour ride round trip and I dont think I had solid internet for even five minutes. Amtrak loves to boast that they have wifi but it's completely not the case. They should absolutely 100% take that lie off their 'accommodations' list. Perhaps i dont know much about wireless internet access, but from my experience, it seems like they COULD do more and they haven't.
