      Pros

      It's a job, and pays my bills, other than that the Co. is a circus ran by clowns! Can't wait to get out of the mess that is Amtrak!

      Cons

      You can work 18 hours a day on a train and then get 5 hours sleep on that train shower on that train and do another 18 hour day. They do not care about the employee's at all.

      I found some very good people in this company.

      Cons

      Lack of true leadership. High level managers are concerned with their own selfish agenda. Some of them have no idea about the area they are managing. Their management styles are based on intimidation and talking people down to their level. The organization changes every six months.
