Growth is slow. Don't expect to get a quick promotion unless there's an opportunity.

Hybrid, flexible, a little work life balance (depends on your team)

Cons

- Poor Work Life Balance - If your manager and teammates are from USA - be prepared to sacrifice your evening for calls and meetings.

Pros

Best place to work for a long time. Bonus as well too.

Cons

Politics internally between boss. Full of Chinese that will support their 'Race' mostly in case they need to choose between 2 people. the job is well good but burnout come from dealing with people. some are good but some are 'good' in front only. most chitchat in mandarin speak about others, etc. Amway should diverse culture and hire much balance races following Malaysia' multicultural env so that this will not dominance by chinese only.
