Environment chaotic, but you can't speak on it or your viewed as being negative. Inefficient process, training. Lack of intergity from certain VP's

      Pros

      Amwins was a great place to work. Work hard, play hard and great work/life balance. Unfortunately those days seem to be long gone for the infrastructure side of IT.

      Cons

      Much change in Infrastructure IT and none of it seems for the better. One senior leader quit and his replacement is a giant micromanagement terror with an ego. I got news Christmas week that 2 fantastic employees have given their notice. I hope it ends there.
