Absolutely NO CHANCE of advancement, all of the underwriting "assistants" have been just that for 10+ years. Blatant favoritism & discrimination Fear of downsizing (due to outsourcing to China) They do not care about their employees, especially client service. You are basically a body filling a chair.

There aren't many to list. The location I suppose. Hours.

Cons

Good hard working employees are abused. We we're told the CEO never fired anyone and thinks the employees drive the business but I watched people either be fired or pushed out one at a time. Long term employees... 15+ years. Why? Obviously they are good employees or they wouldn't be there for so long. Proof the problem loes with management and culture. Even customers are complaining and moving business. They loved Bliss and Glennon but hate Scamwins.

I have been with the company for 15+ years. Great pay, benefits, time off and flexible work schedule.

Cons

Can be stressful. The end of the month is the worst.
