Business Outlook
Pros
Great co-workers, team work and atmosphere. Decent pay with good benefits. Company sponsored fun days (ie: Halloween Costume Contests), lunches and outings for employee appreciation. Wonderful people on the working level, but Management lacks.
Cons
When it came to yearly raises they were not given on duties and performance. All Management shows too much favoritism. And although the company is extremely profitable, raises have been kept at a low % for years. Each Dept. is given a specific % per person, but allows Dept. Managers to distribute the raise for each person as they see fit, this is where the "Favoritism" always came into play.
