Pros

Good pay. Good benefits. Health insurance is PPO

Cons

Favoritism runs rampant in this company and completely detracts from professionalism. It's not okay to have people taking 2 hour coffee breaks and 4 hour lunches that are all on the company's dime. If you say no to overtime at any time, consider yourself a social pariah and you won't be going anywhere but the unemployment office in the near future. Also, be careful who you talk to, especially if HR is a gossip. Your personal information will be out in the open in minutes.

Pros

A lot of charity work through AmWINS PALS. Perks include monthly massages, casual days, summer hours, catered lunches, and birthday celebrations.

Cons

Bad location (Buckhead) and some people now have to park at mall. They are not flexible with hours and PTO is only 15 days and a floating holiday. TA salary is not comparable to market. Work from home only allowed by certain people. Limited company mobility. You can't join other teams even if there is a job or an opening you want. Promotions are based on "work," but the worst people get promoted. There are no women or people of color in higher position. There are clear lines of sexism and racism and a clear "boys club." Only certain people get invited to company events or outings over and over again. There is too much partying and drinking and some people are sexual harassed by some of the men that work here and nobody does anything about it. Very little education provided and training is unstructured. They only care about the money they make and not the people that do all the behind the scenes work.
