      The culture of AmWINS is like no other! They invest in their employees by providing educational opportunities and an amazing support structure internally.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to shut down after hours, due to the fast paced nature of the businsss and employees.

      Pros

      Relaxed work environment. Flexibility to work from home. No micromanagement. Great benefits. Well respected company that leverages it’s brand to get the best. Not a “corporate style” management team. They really do care about you and what they can do to make your job easier and more productive. They are keeping themselves up to date with technology and are an MGA that is keeping with the times for their business model.

      Cons

      There aren’t really any. Being happy with your day to day work life goes a long way to sweeping any cons aside.
