      Pros

      Great Work/Life Balance(Unusual for insurance industry), Work load isn't overwhelming, No Micromanagement, Great Co-workers, Health Benefits start on day one, Free Coffee, Water, sodas everyday.

      Cons

      Health Benefits are a little pricey, but everything else is awesome. I love it here!

      Pros

      Amazing benefits - great corporate structure that allows autonomy in a team environment. In-depth training and understanding from co-workers. Hours are flexible and they work with your life schedule. True team environment, office atmosphere is best I have seen.

      Cons

      This is a desk job - if sitting at a computer bothers you - need not apply.
