      Pros

      Relaxed work hard/play hard atmosphere and culture that is still conducive to hard work, team building and collaboration. Work/life balance is taken seriously: You are expected to work, however management understands that hard work must be appreciated and employees must have a life outside of work.

      Cons

      They are understaffed in some departments, but are attempting to hire quality employees to resolve that issue.

      Pros

      Pay was okay, but raises are VERY infrequent. Benefits were excellent. Office is state of the art.

      Cons

      Supervision is oppressive, goals seem to be lacking. Instead of pleasing their agents they are trying to please the money people in North Carolina.

      They are very friendly and understand the training process. It is a difficult industry to learn quickly and they understand not much of it is taught in school
