Very unprofessional and unpleasant management. They don't care and don't give a s.... to new hires/new employees at all. They don't train you and you have to learn and train yourself and nobody is there to help or train you. Once you don't get a proper training after a week they ask you to leave. Very Very Very Very bad and worse and worst they are. I don't recommend anyone to apply for any type of employment even temps there.

Depending on the manager or Vp you're under you'll feel stressed out, feeling like you're not an adult and wanting to look for another job as soon as you clock out for the day praying for a new job with another company or under another manager. If you like being micro managed this is the place to be You will be treated like a child if you are not apart of the leadership team Stress equals to a high turnover They do not like you to get overtime. You will be reminded of this every time you get overtime that you are not allowed to get overtime unless you speak with your manager ahead of time and this is crazy because you don't know if you would need overtime for the future. Need to have more respect for their employees They want you to work fast and not make any errors, this is impossible because some of the processes to file taxes for a state takes a while and there are a lot of small moving pieces to get the tax filed correctly You will be scared to speak up because you will be reminded that you can be replaced with people who care about the work, which every employee does care about the work, but when you are being talked to like you're in high school by a mean girl or a parent, it's hard to stay focused, so keep your mouth closed if you want to keep your job. No training manuals on the job you are doing, so be ready to take good notes, if you can keep up. Please try to keep up with what you're being taught because if you ask a question, you will be made to feel small... very very small.
