Pros

They do not micromanage, they allow you to flourish. The management philosophy is excellent and they treat everyone very well. . From the top all the way down.

Cons

More than a 40 hour week is required. Never enough time in the day to get done what you need to.

Strong company culture, understanding of personal lives outside of work, management truly does care about employees, flexible hours, amazing benefits package, friendly coworkers, work hard/play hard mentality, clear long term vision from top management

Cons

Can be bureaucratic at times, underperformers are not always dealt with properly, effectiveness of local management runs along a broad spectrum, could be a challenging place for someone who is looking to climb clearly defined rungs of a career ladder.
