- Relaxed environment to enter into the corporate landscape. - people are good, despite the high churn. - good way to develop your own knowledge and skill.

Cons

- limited progression - feels very removed from the business and this is reflected with the relationship with the primary London office.

Flat organizational structure actually is a thing. Everyone talks and importantly, listens to each other regardless of role or level. You are treated like a person rather than a robot or number. It feels like they genuinely care about you, your family, your development and your career. This is something I have not found at other companies. Reward, work life balance all great. Benefits great too. Free private healthcare for all, not just senior management and the pension is very good. I am a different and better person since I started at Amwins.
