Pros
Good hours, location and lots of paid holidays. Insurance is decent, could be better.
Cons
Payment not enough for stress they put on you. You have to EARN PTO and sick time. Lots of favoritism and too much DEI bull going on. They care more about money than quality & keeping dedicated trustworthy employees. They reward the same brown nose employees each month. It's a call center mentality where they don't care about you, just what you can do for them. The harder you work the more the put in you at the same pay rate.
