      The pros are quickly leaving.. this use to be a place with flexibility, benefits and great culture.. it’s quickly being thrown out the window..

      Management lies a lot.. cutting bonuses for there employees.. laying people off due to switching to offshore people but lying in the name of “restructuring and low productivity”.. they are pushing out there employees in CST and it shows

      Opportunity for Bonus Free booze Free food a lot

      Cons

      Operations management is racist and shady. If you are a woman don’t bother you will be harassed and they will work to cover it up. If you are a POC don’t ever expect promotion they are slowly trying to get rid of all of you.

      Work life balance generally respected on my team. Kind coworkers.

      Cons

      Adjacent teams have terrible toxic managers and it affects office experience. Underpaid relative to similar positions in other financial services companies. Poor corporate communication, rushed change management, inconsistent treatment of employees.
