I like how it’s a flat hierarchy in terms of where senior management sit. Always say hello and welcoming. Company culture is quite relaxed. Pay/Bonuses are good.

Cons

Team in particular are very traditional based- often requested to do 5 days.

- Nepotism abounds between management and lower-leveled associates who are arbitrarily favored. - Toxic behaviours are ignored in favor of profits. - Vetting of employees for criminal activity has a few gaps. - Producers in the field not given sufficient support, due to restrictions placed on support staff by management. - Portability clauses omitted from certain severance agreements.
