      Pros

      Amyx has some fantastic people and a good company culture. I have worked for 4 different contracting companies over the years in govcon and this is by far the best. The people I work with are some of the most talented in the business and fun to work with. The senior leadership is approachable, listens, and is always willing to help. I am always impressed by the one-team-one-fight approach to customer service. The dedication to the customer is fantastic.

      Cons

      The company still struggles internally with efficiencies and is over reliant on outdated technologies, processes, and workflows. There is persistent hesitancy to invest in technologies and conversations about modernization seem to frequently get pushed to “next year”. While the issue is internal and does not impact customer focus, lacking modern tools hampers efficiencies and can invoke the dreaded grind in certain tasks and positions.
