Pros

The work and client.

Cons

Amyx as a company is not supportive of employees. I only met the CEO once, but I did not get a good feeling from him. He spoke about supporting employees , but saw no evidence of this. I tried to speak with my coworkers after the meeting with the CEO but all I got were eye rolls. This is when I started looking for a new job. Love where I am working now. Much better company.

Pros

Amyx has a great benefit package with a generous 401(k) match. They give employees $1,500 for professional development each year - which is beneficial for obtaining certifications. The headquarters team extremely helpful and friendly. The CEO is an influential leader that has played an intricate role in Amyx’s growth. The CFO’s leadership has transformed the finance department and has given a boost to the Amyx Headquarters. The COO has technical expertise and exceeds the customers’ expectations daily. The new HR Director is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. I am excited in the growth and direction of Amyx!

Cons

Need to expand the size of the Headquarters...they are running out of room!

Pros

The Management team and staff at Amyx are friendly and it is a good work environment. Everyone is willing to help and are driven to facilitate the companies growth and success. The company has events for its employees and really cares about the employee.

Cons

Space is limited so shared space is common.
