Pros
I am so sad to leave Amyx! They have a great culture, great benefits, and everyone at the head office was very helpful. I no complaints at all about the company and wish I could've stayed longer but needed to move locations where Amyx did not have positions. I highly recommend working for this company - you will not regret it! I even took a short time away from the company (about 3 months) and they welcomed me back with open arms. Issue with my benefits? They solved it immediately. Great pay raises every year. Great holiday party. During COVID, they stay engaged with employees through virtual happy hours and wine baskets. They also always gave back to the community in various ways - toy drives, etc. Great company to work for; probably the best I have worked for thus far!
Cons
As a DoD contractor, I did work on client site. This may vary from contract to contract so it really also depends where you are placed. My onsite Team Lead was amazing and also supported me and any questions or concerns I had. I know that this is not always the case as a DoD contractor. Amyx has no control over some of this so if you read otherwise, it is not on Amyx as a company at all!
