*Good work / life balance *Up-to-date on technology standards. *Bonus payouts are decent *Compensation is adequate
Cons
*Unclear job roles and expectations. *A lot of employees feel "lost' during the current acquisition taking place. *Lack of responsibility / owning up to mistakes from employees who have been with the company for 10+ years. *No room for growth *No career path *Say they offer trainings, but are very selective as to which trainings are applicable to your job. *Forcing a hybrid work model, even though most of us worked from home fine for two years. *Poor onboarding process
