      Pros

      Brilliant technology, interesting work and excellent people. I started as a grad this summer and so far, its been a great experience. The people are great here and all so friendly. I've gotten to know people outside my group and everyone is so open to help and answer every question that you have. You can't beat the atmosphere here. My manager and team have been brilliant. They haven't thrown me in the deep end but I have been given challenging work from the start. Whenever I get stuck on something, there's someone to answer my questions.

      Cons

      The building I work in has no windows and its so dark and miserable looking.

      -Very technical atmosphere -Fast interactions with senior engineers in advanced projects -not much polititcs -ample social personal clubs/groups and concerned activities -culture keeps designations at bay. people don't recognize you as a newbie even when you first time enter as a fresher. you can be an immediate part of the company -career depends much on how good is your manager!

      Cons

      -nothing much... can't justify why people say that salaries are low here. -overtime not recognized or paid. -frequent overtimes may be required. -
