Learning opportunities are good. Can explore and learn about things which you do not know. Pay is not bad. A review of 2 on 5

Cons

Working here is really bad Working environment sucks. Higher authorities treat you like they own you. No professional ethics. Working round the clock. Very poor management and planning of any business or product. Working for 11 hours a day will kill you. Calling your personal cell phone at 120 am in the midnight, I mean what the hell is that? Offer letter mentions a different working shift, made to work in a different shift here. Only if you are bed ridden, you can claim for sick day or else you have to work even on sick day.

Pros

Friendly team mates. Nice/comfortable office cubicle space. Opportunity to go on offshore assignments to different countries depending on your team/department.

Cons

On call 24/7. You work 12hrs at the office and still have to take work calls when you get home, sometimes until morning. You sometimes have to take on work that's outside your work description if there's no one available to do one part of the project.
